Ultimate Bet has decent player support! The site has a player support area where questions and problems are quickly responded to or addressed.

Ultimate Bet has a great selection of poker games of all different levels. They have lots of limit, pot-limit, and no-limit Texas Holdem and Omaha tables, and have a fair amount of Omaha Hi/Lo tables as well. They have a decent number of Sit & Go tournaments including heads up, 6 seat, and 10 seat 1 table tournaments... but the mult-table tournaments on this site are very lacking. Overall, this is a great site for cash game players, but not so great for tournament players.

Ultimate Bet has poor game play overall. The software loads up quickly when you first open it, but "game data" is often delayed. The tables load resonambly quickly, but once again, tournament statistics aren't always updated in real time.

PLAYERS: 7
Ultimate Bet has average players - there are a large number of fish on the site, and there is also a large number of good players. The site is known to have weaker $1/$2 and $2/$4 NL players then most other sites, but the low limit tables are sometimes lacking of "easy money".

Ultimate Bet has great play money games - lots of different limits, and even sit and go play money tournaments.

INTERFACE USABILITY: 8
Ultimate Bet has an acceptable interface - its not horrible, but its not too great either! The interface works well in cash games, but it can sometimes be tedious to raise set amounts late in tournaments when the blinds are extremely high.
