Thumbs up #10 - PacificPoker.com (7.9) REVIEW

Pacific Poker
OVERALL: 7.9
[CLICK HERE TO GO TO SITE]

SERVICE: 10
Pacific Poker provides some of the best customer support in the industry. With a 24 hour online support service, as well as several toll free support numbers with no waiting times (well, someone told me they once waited a couple minutes, but you get the point) - you'll never be stuck waiting around for help.

GAME SELECTION: 8
Pacific Poker expanded their selection of poker games in the last year, and now has a large number of poker games. They have limit, pot limit, and no limit Texas Holdem, Omaha Hi, as well as Omaha Hi / Lo. They have both 7 Card Stud and 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo, and they also have a large number of Sit and Go's including heads up, 5 seat, 6 seat, and 10 seat single table tournaments.

GRAPHICS: 9

GAME PLAY: 9
Pacific Poker has great game play - the software responds quickly, the tables load fairly fast, and tournament statistics are refreshed in real time. Game play here tends to be a tad slow however - the dealer is definetly slower then on most other sites, which can get annoying if you are impatient (like me haha). This can work to your advantage too though, because this will cause other players to be less patient and they'll often find themselves playing poor hands they normally would not. Pacific Poker only allows you to play one table at a time - so unless you are a high stakes player who plays a single table and really focuses on it (to get a feel for the other players), you probably won't like Pacific.

PLAYERS: 9
Pacific Poker has some of the wildest cash games on the net! Since only one cash game can be played at a time, "sharks" (who often dominate several tables at a time) are almost non-exist, and "fish" are extra impatient since they are limited to just one table. If you are a patient player who doesn't mind playing only one table at a time, you can expect any "big hand" to almost always double you up on the no limit tables. The lower stakes tables at Pacific are pretty competitive (above average for sure) but the higher stakes tables here are VERY lose - I'd have to say the 2/4 tables (and above) at Pacific are more juicy then on any other site at those stakes.

PLAY MONEY: 6
Pacific Poker has an fairly boring play money section. It is popular, yes, but it just isn't very fun or exciting.

INTERFACE USABILITY: 9
Pacific Poker has a good interface - it is easy to use and is very quick. The interface is one of the main features that draws players to this site... it is often considered one the best interface in the industry.

EASE OF ACCESS: 7
Pacific Poker is very easy to get started with. Click HERE to download the software onto your computer, press "Install", and then follow the easy step-by-step instructions provided and you're good to go. Total time needed: 4 to 7 minutes!

CASHIER: 9
Pacific Poker has an easy to use cashier - and makes it very easy to deposit and withdraw money from the site. Deposit options: VISA, MasterCard, NETeller, Citadel, FirePay, Wire Transfer, bank transfer, PaySafeCard, BBL Home'Pay, check deposit, PrePaidATM and many more. Cash out options: Credit card, Debit card, FirePay, NETeller, PrePaidATM, Wire transfer, bank draft. Minimum deposit is $20.

PROMOTIONS: 8
Pacific Poker has good promotions! These include...
