ITs never all about luck. In the beginning when you're still weeding out "THOSE" players it can be. But eventually you can , with patience, find a strategy that works at that table and stick to it.
There is alot more luck with online poker simply because of all the donks that play. In real life, through out a persons career its 90% skill 10% luck but flipped in any 1 given tournament.
